Step into a pivotal role at the heart of our Finance Transformation programme, helping shape how Finance plans, budgets, forecasts and measures performance. 

As Plan to Perform Workstream Manager, you will help turn ambition into action, supporting the design and delivery of standardised, insight-led processes that improve decision-making across Finance. 

Working with the Workstream Lead, Finance teams and programme stakeholders, you will coordinate activity, translate ideas into clear deliverables and help build the tools, standards and ways of working for a more efficient and consistent finance operating model. 

This is a 2 year fixed-term contract to support the delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme.

Responsabilidad del cargo

  • Supporting the design of the target operating model for budgeting and forecasting, coordinating inputs, documenting requirement sand engaging Finance stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Plan to Perform process taxonomy, ensuring alignment with the William Grant Way and maintaining agreed standards and documentation.
  • Turning workstream priorities into clear plans, actions and timelines that maintain pace and focus.
  • Keeping delivery moving through disciplined follow-up, proactive problem solving and clear escalation.
  • Helping shape the tools and applications required to enable the target operating model, including user requirements, impacts and readiness considerations.
  • Reviewing relevant Activity Analysis outputs to establish baseline activity and cost understanding and inform prioritisation.
  • Identifying, tracking and supporting resolution of dependencies, risks and issues to protect workstream delivery.
  • Supporting Plan to Perform inputs to the IFS rollout, ensuring standardised ways of working are reflected in deliverables.
  • Supporting development of standardised Plan to Perform KPIs, coordinating definitions, data inputs, ownership and measurement approach.
  • Supporting change management and communications, ensuring clear stakeholder updates and completion of engagement actions.

Nuestro candidato ideal

You will be highly organised, delivery-focused and energised by the opportunity to make change happen. Bringing experience in finance transformation, operating model redesign or business change, you will understand Plan to Perform processes including planning, budgeting and forecasting. Confident working with stakeholders, you will simplify complexity, manage priorities and turn strategic objectives into practical, high-quality deliverables. Strong analytical, communication and governance skills, together with experience of process documentation, KPIs and technology-enabled change, will help you succeed. 

This Role Would Suit: 

  • Someone with experience in finance transformation, operating model redesign, business change or Plan to Perform improvement.
  • A colleague with strong knowledge of planning, budgeting and forecasting, able to shape requirements and challenge constructively.
  • Someone who can coordinate across stakeholder groups, balance competing priorities and maintain momentum.
  • A strong communicator who can engage, influence and build alignment across Finance, programme leadership and wider stakeholders.
  • A delivery-focused colleague who wants to make a visible contribution to our Finance Transformation programme and help create a more efficient, effective and standardised Plan to Perform model.
