- Delivering OT projects and planned improvement activities across multiple operational sites.
- Coordinating system updates, patching, and configuration changes through structured change management processes.
- Leading technical investigations and root cause analysis to minimise disruption to production.
- Working collaboratively with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Compliance, and GTS teams to drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Supporting the implementation of new equipment, upgrades, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and innovative individual who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or manufacturing automation environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial networks, system architecture, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience supporting or delivering technology projects within a production or engineering environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead root cause investigations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for emerging technologies.
