An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our UK Meta Team in a Customer Marketing Manager capacity, working across some of our most prestigious Meta partners, delivering world class brand activations. The role will also entail building and implementing the 2023/4 Customer Marketing Meta plan, plus supporting the broader business with brand PR & local partnership opportunities.

As part of the Meta team, you will be accountable for working cross functionally (both internally and externally) to bring to life and activate our brands in the Luxury arena. 

 

You will manage a variety of world class activations comprising briefing agencies, implementing and managing the activation.  All of which have to meet the activation luxury standards of our Meta partners.

 

Post the activation you will be accountable for leading and owning the M&E against agreed activity metrics all in line with 2023 budgets and brand plans plus making recommendations for future activations and improvements.

 

The role will require good internal and external stakeholder management as you will play a pivotal part in leading various luxury activations some of which will be in collaboration with the Global Luxury team.  You will also work to support the Meta team as we continue to be a lead market creating PR able luxury brand activations.

The role also requires co-ordination with Brand PR teams and potential local partnerships. Collaborative working is essential in driving both opportunities harder.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven Customer Marketing Manager, preferably with experience in the luxury arena. A proven track record of success in creating briefs and activating brands is vital to the role. Attention to detail on activations is a pre-requisite due to the luxury nature of the role.

The candidate will have a result orientated mindset and a track record of activating brands and delivering against key priorities & objectives. 

Our ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver actions in a discerning, demanding and dynamic environment along with a strong measurement and evaluation capability.
