An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our UK Meta Team in a Business Account Manager capacity, working across some of our most strategic Meta partners, delivering world class brand activations unique to this strategically important channel.

As part of the Meta team, you will be responsible for all ISR customers, delivering a sizeable GC delivery for the overall channel.
You will deliver minimum execution standards (MES) across ISR ensuring improved distribution and visibility of the WG&S portfolio. You will also manage allocations of our rare expressions in line with our priority customers as outlined by our route to consumer framework.
The role will require good stakeholder management as you will play a pivotal part in driving the importance of ISR and its specific needs when activating in store or on line.
You will be focused in launching all whisky and gin NPD whilst ensuring sustained rate of sale on existing expressions to deliver the budget number.
Full P&L responsibility is required as is forecast accuracy and working with Supply on availability of stock.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven National or Business Account Manager ready for their next move. Ideally you will have worked with multiple customers and are laser focused on customer service.
The candidate will have a result orientated mindset and a track record of delivering budget through flawless activations and a can do attitude.
You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to consistently deliver supporting the broader growth agenda in Meta.
Strong analytical and commercial skills is a pre-requisite for this role.
