Marketing Vice President – The Balvenie, Monkey Shoulder and House of Hazelwood

We’re looking for a strategic marketing leader to own the US marketing strategy for brands like The Balvenie and Monkey Shoulder, which are at the heart of our 5-year growth plan. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape brand strategy, drive results, and inspire the future of marketing talent all while making your mark on some of the most dynamic brands in the industry. 

Main Responsibility

You’ll lead the charge in building and executing marketing plans that deliver real business growth, balancing smart investment choices with ambitious brand-building. From leading a high-performing team and managing budgets to driving breakthrough campaigns and forging strong partnerships with commercial teams and global brand teams, you’ll be at the center of it all. This is your opportunity to champion brands people love and deliver results that move the business forward.

With strong conceptual thinking skills, you can see the big picture while grounding ideas in both consumer insight and commercial reality. You’re highly analytical with a deep understanding of the full marketing mix and the levers that drive brand performance. Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders, you know how to translate insights into action and inspire those around you.  

 The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office, is $205,387 - $241,289.
