An exciting opportunity to join a very motived, high-performance team in Eastern Europe as Regional Marketing Manager covering Central Europe and Balkans and based in Warsaw, Poland.
You will lead, develop and deliver the annual brand strategy and key activations across our portfolio in line with global standards of excellence and relevant to the local consumer and shopper.
Responsabilité du rôle
Work together with the WG&S CE and Balkans teams, the Head of Marketing Eastern Europe, Global Brand Teams and local distributors to deliver the brand strategy and execute impactful and relevant plans, consistent with global guidelines and in line with local legal and regulatory restrictions. Drive effective activations that are insight driven, build fame and are followed up with actionable Measurements and Evaluation.
Notre candidat idéal
You are based in Warsaw and have a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of how to build and activate culturally relevant consumer brands. Strong social, problem solving and influencing skills are essential. Good numerical ability and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. You are very passionate about brands, have a strong drive and are very self-motivated.
