We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intellectual Property & Marketing Counsel to join our growing legal team.  This role will be integral to driving innovation at WG&S and promoting and protecting some fantastic brands

Responsabilidad del cargo

The successful candidate will work to support the Global Marketing Teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns with care.  They will also be responsible for developing innovative and effective ways of working and supporting on the WG&S Anti-Counterfeit agenda.

This is a challenging and versatile role and would suit someone ambitious with a strong interest in intellectual property law and the marketing of regulated consumer goods.

Nuestro candidato ideal

  • Law degree and right to practice in the United Kingdom, with specific knowledge & experience of IP Law
  • Post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Experience in developing and rolling-out engaging and effective legal training to non-lawyers.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage sector or advising other brand-led businesses would be advantageous.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills that enable working with a wide variety of areas, cultures and levels of responsibility.
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Draws on strong legal knowledge and expertise to carry out role efficiently.
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen.
  • Displays high levels of integrity and resilience.
