Luxury Portfolio Specialist - Florida

Job Introduction

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing portfolio of brands? Brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Glenfiddich Whiskey, and The Balvenie! We are looking for a Luxury Portfolio Specialist who will help lead the WG&S Meta Luxury Portfolio in Florida. 

Main Responsibility

The Luxury Portfolio Specialist will manage top luxury accounts and build relationships while accelerating growth.  The Luxury Portfolio Specialist will serve as the luxury educator for our brands and manage luxury events, partnerships and sponsorships while enhancing brand awareness, education, and support. The Luxury Portfolio Specialist elevates our brands global presence through a combination of skill, passion, storytelling and sales expertise. 

This role requires travel within Florida and occasional travel to off-site team meetings.

Our ideal candidate knows the nuances of hospitality and customer service, and they appreciate the opportunity to establish lasting connections with customers and consumers in a way that is uniquely their own. 

•    3 - 5 years of experience in a related wine & spirits role; or luxury role and one year within the assigned market

•    Must have strong established relationships within the on and off premise channels, including bartenders and key decision makers

•    Strong communication skills with ability to express self in a compelling and energetic manner in individual and group situations; well-presented and articulate; has the ability to adjust style to capture the attention of the audience 

•    Strong budget management skills and organizational skills

•    Must have a valid driver’s license

It is highly desired our ideal candidate has: 

•    Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system. 

•    Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams. 

•    Experience working with and managing 3rd party agencies. 

•    Great attention to detail.

•    Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. 

•    Ability to manage difficult, complex markets and achieve business objectives. 

•    Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a very lean organization.

This role is not eligible for international or domestic relocation.
