Learning & Development Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Aufgaben

At William Grant & Sons, learning is how we build capability, grow talent and create a high-performing organisation, not an add-on.

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will partner with Business Units, HR colleagues and leaders to shape capability solutions that strengthen performance today and prepare our organisation for the future.

This is a highly collaborative role, working across the business to identify critical capability gaps, translate business priorities into development roadmaps and ensure learning investment delivers measurable impact. You'll play a key role in embedding the William Grant Way, supporting competency frameworks and driving the consistent application of learning processes and standards across the organisation.

If you enjoy combining solutions thinking with practical delivery, influencing stakeholders and building capability that makes a real difference to business performance, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.
