Lead Manager – POS

Job Introduction

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, high priority, and fast-growing portfolio of brands? Brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Tullamore D.E.W, Glenfiddich Whiskey, and Milagro Tequila! We are looking for a creative and passionate Lead Manager – POS to lead the entire POS procurement process from ideation through fulfilment in the USA. 

 

Main Responsibility

The Lead Manager – POS will plan and lead feedback mechanism with key stakeholders for the optimization of POS process both by Brand and Commercial teams.  Participate in Shopper Marketing ideation and development in support of shopper marketing strategy. Identify, coordinate and communicate changes to the POS process, ensuring alignment with overall brand planning process. Lead change management efforts across the US organization to support the introduction of new POS procurement and planning processes in partnership with local Brand & Commercial teams, as well as our internal Global partners.  

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Promotions/ POS development capacity in liquor or consumer product goods industry is required
  • Experience working and collaborating with brand and sales teams 
  • Experience coaching and guiding direct reports
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party agencies 
  • Management of multimillion dollar budget
  • Great attention to detail
  • Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a very lean organization
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    The salary range for this role based out of the NYC office is $142,099 - $151,000.

This role is required to work in our New York City office 4 days per week and 1 day/week can be hybrid. 

This role is not eligible for international relocation.
