Lead Manager - Media

Job Introduction

As our Lead Manager - Media, you’ll lead how our brands connect with consumers through paid media. You'll own the strategy, investment, and performance of our US media ecosystem.

Working across Brand, Digital, Integrated Comms, and Insights & Analytics, you’ll ensure paid media amplifies creativity, strengthens cross-channel impact, and drives measurable business growth. You’ll manage significant media investment and play a central role in shaping how our brands show up in market. You’ll also help us test new platforms, tools, and ways of working to stay ahead in an evolving media landscape.

Main Responsibility

The main responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end media strategy and the paid ecosystem across our US portfolio—defining channel mix, investment allocation, and performance expectations
  • Translate brand strategy and audience insights into effective paid plans that drive consumer engagement and commercial impact
  • Lead our Media AOR, including scope, performance, and fee governance, ensuring strong delivery and accountability
  • Drive performance through audience strategy, testing, and continuous optimization—embedding learning across brands
  • Integrate paid media across owned, earned, influencer, and CRM activity to deliver connected campaigns

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience developing and delivering integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Strong understanding of how paid media drives impact within a broader consumer engagement ecosystem
  • Ability to use data and insights to shape audience strategy, planning, and optimization
  • Experience managing agency partners and media investment with commercial rigor
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams and seniority levels
  • You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on turning insights into action. You’re curious by nature, and drive to champion digital transformation and test new approaches.
  • You have 7-10 years of experience, either at an agency or client side. 

The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office is $140,000 - $160,000.
