Main Responsibility

Main Responsibilities
 • Lead the omnichannel planning agenda across the US, partnering with brand and other marketing teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
 • Oversee communications strategy and execution, managing a significant media budget and ensuring campaigns deliver with impact and efficiency.
• Own the relationship with our media agency partners, from scope of work and structure to performance and fee negotiations.
 • Embed communications planning capability across the business, creating a roadmap for digital transformation and driving practical application of new tools and technologies.
 • Collaborate with global colleagues to roll out international initiatives, while tailoring them for US market needs.
 • Ensure every campaign has clear measurement and evaluation in place, using insights to continually improve effectiveness and capability.
 

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on turning insights into action. With a strong background in media and communications planning, you understand how to create connected consumer journeys across channels. You’re confident managing large budgets, senior stakeholders, and complex agency partnerships. You have 7-10 years of experience, either at an agency or client side. You’re curious by nature, and driven to champion digital transformation and test new approaches. The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office is $140,970 - $161,000.
