Lead Manager – Marketing Analytics

Job Introduction

This is a rare opportunity to shape how marketing performance is understood, shared, and acted on across our brand portfolio. As Lead Manager - Marketing Analytics, you’ll sit at the heart of our consumer engagement work, turning complex data into clear stories that influence decisions. Working closely with the Head of Consumer Engagement, you’ll help define the future of how we measure success across digital and media channels.
 

Main Responsibility

You’ll lead the development of a holistic, connected view of brand performance by eliminating silos in channel reporting and standardizing how insights are delivered across brands. Through clear dashboards, reporting cadence, and thoughtful analysis, you’ll create a constant feedback loop that helps teams optimize activity and investment. You’ll partner closely with media and digital leads to align inputs, define KPIs, and track performance against agreed benchmarks. Alongside this, you’ll identify opportunities for testing and experimentation, shaping learning agendas and helping the business understand what really works and why.
 

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who is fluent in marketing data but motivated by impact rather than spreadsheets. You bring strong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and reporting across digital and media channels, and you’re comfortable defining metrics, testing hypotheses, and challenging assumptions. You have a natural ability to turn data into insight, and insight into stories that energize teams and influence senior stakeholders. Curious by nature, you stay close to evolving consumer, tools, and data partners, and you enjoy being a thought leader who helps others make better decisions through evidence. The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office, is $135,778 - $150,500.
