Lead Manager - Digital

Job Introduction

Our brands have always been built through meaningful connections with consumers. This role will help shape how those connections continue to evolve in a rapidly changing landscape. As Lead Manager – Digital, you’ll help shape how our brands connect with consumers across content, culture, community, and commerce. Working across owned, social, creator, CRM, and ecommerce touchpoints, you’ll play a key role in building more connected, engaging consumer experiences that strengthen both brand equity and business performance.  
 

Main Responsibility

You’ll lead the development of connected consumer engagement strategies that bring together storytelling, audience understanding, and channel activation across our portfolio. Working closely with brand, media, ecommerce, and agency partners, you’ll help ensure campaigns are connected across touchpoints and optimized for impact. You’ll turn consumer, cultural, and performance insights into actionable recommendations, while identifying opportunities to improve personalization, testing, and engagement. You’ll also help the organization embrace new ways of working by exploring emerging platforms, AI-enabled capabilities, and more integrated approaches to consumer engagement.  
 
 

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a strategic marketer who understands how consumers discover, engage with, and advocate for brands in today’s digital landscape. You have experience developing integrated engagement strategies across channels and can connect audience insights to meaningful business recommendations. You’re equally comfortable thinking big-picture and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, and you enjoy bringing people together around a shared vision. Above all, you’re curious about evolving consumer behaviors, emerging technologies, and new ways to create culturally relevant brand experiences that drive results. The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office is $140,000 - $160,000.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategic marketer with experience developing integrated consumer engagement strategies across owned, earned, social, CRM, content, and commerce channels
  • Strong understanding of evolving discovery behaviors, audience engagement, and omnichannel storytelling
  • Experience translating consumer, cultural, and performance insights into business recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to connect brand storytelling to measurable engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing across various teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project leadership skills
  • Experience with CRM, audience segmentation, and personalization
  • Familiarity with social listening, consumer intelligence, testing, and measurement approaches
  • Adaptability toward emerging platforms, technologies, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectually curious and highly engaged with evolving digital culture, platforms, and consumer trends
  • Creative thinker with a bias toward experimentation, innovation, and building culturally relevant brand experiences
