William Grant & Sons have an amazing opportunity to join the Dry Goods Team as a Label Store Controller. The role is to support the Bellshill Manufacturing Teams by providing a world class service by ensuring that all Dry Goods material supply is in place prior to each production run. Responsible for full dry goods stock accuracy of all label components and all the associated perpetual counts required to support this.

Working within the Dry goods area at the start of the Production Line you will among, other tasks, coordinate with suppliers and outside storage facilities for labels to ensure that stock and transaction accuracy, ensuring that components are called off and picked up in time to support the manufacturing production schedule. Building collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is also a vital part of this role to ensure that all issues, risks and opportunities are recognised and any potential impact to the label store is understood and actioned to support the business needs.

Will have FMCG knowledge, basic IT skills specifically Microsoft word & Excel, problem solving and attention to detail techniques and, preferably good knowledge of stock control processes, strong communication, understanding of compliance regulations, flexibility to meet the needs of three shift operation.
