IFS10 Finance Manager (12-Month FTC)

Job Introduction

As a result of an internal move, we have a secondment / FTC opportunity in our IFS Digital Acceleration Team for an IFS Finance Manager.   IFS is our core ERP system and a key cornerstone our ambitious 5 year plan and digitalisation agenda. The IFS Digital Acceleration team is dedicated to optimising the system and delivering transformational business projects.   Our Business Engagement team is responsible for working with our functional business stakeholders to ensure the system delivers business needs, whilst driving forward new possibilities.  

Main Responsibility

You will work collaboratively across both the IFS Digital Acceleration team and the Global Finance Function, providing functional expertise to identify and drive changes that will enhance our existing solution and support a seamless transition to future technologies.    As part of the Finance Business Engagement Team, you will work closely with your Finance functional stakeholders ensuring they are informed and supportive of any changes to the IFS solution   Along with providing support to the team to help the development and delivery of training.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be a qualified or part qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience across multiple areas of Finance.   Specifically, Operations Finance experience is desirable although not critical.   You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with your stakeholders.  A passion to investigate, approaching  problems with pragmatism and curiosity will be key to your success in this role

An enthusiasm for sharing your experience and knowledge with others to help them grow is infectious.
