Job Introduction
William Grant and Sons are an independent, family-owned distillers with distilling and bottling operations in Scotland, Ireland, the US and Mexico and a team of over 2,800 people at 50 global locations. The role will develop and lead the health and safety reporting, analytics and development of our improvement and training plans across the entire global business.
Main Responsibility
You will be evolving our reporting and analysis of leading and lagging data to identify factors that drive workplace incidents and predict accidents. Working with our Health and Safety Director and leadership team to develop improvement programmes and effective prevention strategies including the health and safety training plan across the organisation.

You will have a sound understanding of technical health and safety, good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You will have influencing skills and be able to develop collaborative working with proactive approach to health and management across many geographies and cultures.
