Join William Grant & Sons as Head of Finance – Eastern Europe, a pivotal leadership role partnering closely with the Regional Managing Director and Finance Director to drive sustainable growth across a dynamic and strategically important region. This is an opportunity to combine commercial insight, financial leadership and business partnering expertise to shape decision-making, maximise market performance and ensure the delivery of ambitious growth objectives.

Responsabilité du rôle

As the senior finance leader for Eastern Europe, you will provide robust financial stewardship, lead planning and forecasting activities, and deliver insightful analysis that enables informed commercial decisions. You will identify opportunities and risks, optimise working capital and investment performance, maintain strong governance and controls and ensure the integrity of financial and statutory reporting across the region and relevant legal entities.

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with senior stakeholders. You will be an accomplished business partner, comfortable operating in a complex international environment, with a track record of driving performance, managing risk, and translating financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business growth
