HR Operations Partner

Are you someone who brings clarity, structure and confidence to complex HR activity? We’re looking for an HR Operations Partner to help shape and strengthen how HR policy, process and compliance are governed across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operating discipline — making sure our policies, processes, controls and guidance are clear, current, legally compliant and easy to use. You’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence, BUHR and HR Operations colleagues to turn legal, policy and process change into practical action, helping managers and employees experience HR services that are consistent, well-governed and user-friendly.
Responsabilidad del cargo
- Keeping our HR policy and process governance framework strong, simple and effective — including review cycles, approvals, version control and reporting.
- Partnering across HR to coordinate policy and process updates, ensuring changes are timely, consistent and aligned to governance standards.
- Helping maintain the quality and integrity of the HR risk register, with clear ownership, actions, controls and review dates.
- Monitoring legislative, case law, audit and internal control changes, then helping translate them into practical HR updates.
- Creating clear guidance, toolkits, templates and enablement materials that make change easier to understand and adopt.
- Spotting opportunities to simplify, standardise and continuously improve HR processes and the employee and manager experience.
Nuestro candidato ideal
- Experience in HR operations, policy, governance, compliance or process improvement.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong appreciation of documentation, controls and audit-ready governance.
- The confidence to partner, influence and constructively challenge across HR to reach clear, practical outcomes.
- A good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activity and the importance of legal and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and keep activity moving at pace.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with energy for simplification, standardisation and better user experience.
