HR Manager - Tullamore

Introduction à  l'emploi

We’re looking for an HR Manager to provide day-to-day support for our Tullamore Distillery in a maternity cover position. You’ll be the go‑to advisor for people, organisation and capability matters, balancing business priorities with the needs of our people to build a high-performing, inclusive culture.

As HR Manager, you’ll proactively support team leaders across the site with the full HR lifecycle, ensuring policies and processes are consistently and fairly applied. You’ll coach leaders, anticipate issues, and collaborate with HR colleagues to drive achievement of the people plan —always with a practical, solutions‑focused approach.

Please note that this role is for a period of 18 months.  This role is based in our Tullamore Distillery, partnering closely with production and operations leaders and therefore requires 4 days per week to be spent on-site. Some travel to other sites may be required from time to time.

Embedding consistent HR practices using policies, principles, tools and templates in collaboration with Centre of Excellence teams and local legal requirements.

Being a trusted advisor on organisation, people and management issues; coaching leaders to proactively develop their teams, anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Supporting leaders to drive effective talent, progression & succession processes to grow capability and ensure strong performance management and succession plans.

Delivering projects and supporting local implementation of HR programmes or site initiatives to agreed timescales.

Ensuring the effective management of all routine HR activities, including recruitment, L&D and ER case management, coaching leaders as needed to increase confidence, competence, and accountability.
