Job Introduction
Join the Global Travel Retail (GTR) team and define the future growth of our exciting brands! Take the lead to shape the plans that connect our brands with consumers in the world’s largest global shop windows spaces – duty free airports, ferries and cruises.
Main Responsibility
Build the strategies and plans for a portfolio of key brands to deliver against our ambitious growth agenda for the channel. Work in close collaboration with a range of stakeholders to interpret global brand ideas into exciting consumer relevant initiatives - managing in a matrix to ensure outstanding execution. Ensure plans lead to improved ROI across relevant financial & brand equity measures and capture and apply learnings for the future.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a creative mind-set, and proven experience of brand management who wants to be part of a brilliant team and a great company to work on some of the drinks industry’s most iconic brands. Is passionate about interpreting brand and business diagnostics to deliver actionable outcomes. Is a resilient self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced business environment and who enjoys a global role! Occasional international travel is a requirement, you’ll have a strong cultural awareness and the ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential.
