Global Head of Visitor Centres

Aufgaben

A unique and exciting role to lead the strategic plans and delivery for our incredible Visitors Centers at the Brand Homes in Glenfiddich and The Balvenie, the Hendricks Gin Palace both in Scotland, Tullamore Distillery, Ireland and Hudson Bay, Tuthilltown, USA.

These Visitors centres are the spiritual homes for our brands and this role will shape the future plans as we look to transform our visitors’ time with us, through engaging brand storytelling, exceptional experiences, retail, and creating long term relationships with us.

Rollenverantwortung

As the Global Head of Visitors Centers, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and initiatives for our Visitor Centers, including future expansion, investment, and resource allocation.


You will also oversee the creation and delivery of engaging brand storytelling, exceptional experiences, and retail offerings that transform our visitors' time with us. Additionally, you will focus on deepening brand advocacy, strengthening VIP and trade customer relationships, and enhancing the company's reputation.

Furthermore, you will lead the development of future plans for our Visitor Centers, including expansion, investment, and operating models.

We're looking for a highly experienced leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful luxury hospitality or retail operations.
