Job Introduction

At William Grant & Sons, we're seeking a visionary Global Head of Partnerships to drive the growth and success of our luxury spirits portfolio, including our iconic Maison brands of Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Hendricks, and Monkey Shoulder. This is a pivotal role that will elevate our brand presence, enhance our consumer engagement, and contribute to our overall business objectives.

Main Responsibility

As the Global Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring external partnerships and sponsorships across luxury, brand, commercial, talent, sport, and culture. You will also develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with our overall business objectives and enhance our brand equity. Additionally, you will manage and grow relationships with global partners, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual benefit. Moreover, you will work closely with Maison brand teams, PR, and Influence teams to develop platforms, playbooks, and activation guidance for markets. Finally, you will ensure that partnerships and sponsorships deliver maximum ROI and contribute to our business goals.

Our Ideal Candidate

To be a success in this role you will be a highly experienced Global Partnership leader, with a track record in developing or acquiring global platforms, managing those relationships and ensuring fantastic execution. Experience in US and or Asia is required.
