At William Grant & Sons, with our iconic and award-winning luxury spirits portfolio across the world, we strive to transform our Global Merchandising Program. How our brands show up in outlets is critical to building equity and conversion. This role will be critical in executing our POSM program across all William Grant & Sons markets across the world.

Responsible for the execution of the William Grant & Son’s Global merchandising strategy across the portfolio working in close collaboration with suppliers and the Global Brand Teams. The role is critical in step changing our approach to in outlet visibility as well as sustainability and the focus on identifying new materials and new effective POSM solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a high performing team
- Background with a successful track record in merchandising in drinks, fashion, beauty or luxury is essential
- A strong understanding of retail, wholesale and Global Travel Retail channels across international markets or Asia.
- Driven and highly motivated with the ability to drive change
