The Global Head of the WG&S Commercial Academy will lead the continued evolution of our world-class Commercial Academy, ensuring our commercial teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to win in the market. Partnering with commercial leaders across WG&S, this role will translate business priorities and capability needs into a clear learning strategy, curriculum and accreditation pathway that drives measurable commercial performance.
The role will continue to develop Commercial Academy 2.0, embedding the William Grant way of selling through technical learning, leader coaching and on-the-job application, while building a culture of continuous learning and commercial excellence.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial capability building, learning design and organisational development. They will lead the creation of high-quality, AI-enabled learning solutions across multiple formats, delivering engaging and scalable programmes that improve commercial effectiveness and execution.
Working closely with global, regional and market leaders, they will build capability plans aligned to business priorities, oversee accreditation programmes, and establish a network of facilitators and champions who can deploy learning locally while maintaining consistent WG&S standards. They will also track capability adoption, accreditation outcomes and business impact, ensuring continuous improvement and demonstrable value from capability investment.
