The Global Innovation team have a unified agenda to act as ‘Growth seekers’, creating future disruption for William Grant & Sons through Innovation. This is a pioneering role, leading the innovation team and driving the innovation pipeline for William Grant & Sons.

主要职责

You will build and lead the WG&S Innovation agenda, delivering an innovation pipeline for our core brands through the brand teams and for new to world (NTW) products/services. The Global Innovation Director will work with the relevant parties to test, launch and develop these brands as appropriate. You will find new ways to connect brands to consumers, developing new testing methodologies that enable us to try more product launches and learn faster. This is an integral role that sits within the leadership team. You will manage the marketing investment budget and establishing brilliant working relationships with the Operations Business Unit and relevant external partners, working towards the goal of creating and delivering product innovations that inspire, succeed and complement the core brands.
