We're looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our Global Corporate Communications team and play a key role in delivering impactful communications and campaigns across our global business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex information into engaging, meaningful content. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll help bring our strategy to life through compelling internal and external communications that inform, inspire and connect our audiences.
Please note that this role is based in our offices in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill and requires a minimum of 4 days per week working on-site.

You'll work alongside the Global Corporate Communications Manager to help deliver a world-class communications strategy that enhances and protects the reputation of William Grant & Sons.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering communications plans and campaigns that support key business initiatives and projects.
- Creating engaging content and communications assets across a variety of channels and audiences.
- Supporting senior leaders to communicate important messages and business priorities effectively, particularly to harder-to-reach colleagues in distilling and bottling.
- Helping evolve and maintain our communication channels, including our intranet, digital signage, Team Briefing and more.
- Supporting on key Company events including Leadership Townhalls and award ceremonies.
- Using insight and measurement to support continuous improvement and drive communication effectiveness.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Maintaining consistent brand standards and ensuring all communications align with our corporate identity and style guidelines.

You'll be an enthusiastic and highly organised communications professional who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of your work.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience delivering internal and/or external communications in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A creative mindset and an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- A passion for creating inclusive communications that reflect and support diverse perspectives.
- Experience of creating content using graphic design tools like Canva.
