As Global Consumer Planning Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Monkey Shoulder by uncovering consumer insights that inspire breakthrough ideas, fuel brand growth and strengthen its connection with drinkers around the world.

Responsabilité du rôle

Working closely with the Global Monkey Shoulder team, you will lead the consumer planning agenda, identifying the insights, trends and opportunities that shape brand priorities across key international markets. You'll ensure consumer understanding sits at the heart of everything the brand creates—from positioning and communications to innovation and experience development—helping the team make confident, evidence-based decisions.

Notre candidat idéal

We're looking for a naturally curious consumer insights professional who combines analytical rigour with creative thinking. You will have experience turning research and data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations, influencing stakeholders at all levels and helping build culturally relevant brands that resonate with consumers and deliver commercial growth.
