Our global team is growing!  As our WG&S business continues to grow, we are putting in place globally consistent processes and ways of working, as key enablers of innovation, creativity and brilliant execution within our marketing and commercial teams. The Global Head of Channel Development for the On Trade  has a critical role to play to help unlock incremental growth opportunities using channel, shopper and customer/outlet insights that drive effective activations across our on trade universe.

This role is the ‘go to subject matter expert’ for the global business on how our portfolio of brands can win effectively in our On Premise customers and outlets. 

You will provide on trade channel expertise to the global and local teams to drive our commercial objectives of Channel segmentation and prioritisation, Minimum executions standards & Activation at Scale, leading the global standardisation and embedding of these.  You will work with the Global Category & Shopper Insights Manager to provide data and insights on effective tools for our channels to drive long term sustainable growth and collaborate with global brand and shopper teams to develop best in class shopper conversion toolkits with channel solutions that address the conversion barriers and objectives.

You are an expert in the on trade, ideally in multiple different markets around the world.  You understand what bar owners need and how to leverage these insights to develop best in class activation solutions that meet the needs of outlets, consumers and our brands.  You have authority when sharing your views internally & can effectively influence senior stakeholders to develop strategy & programmes that are fit for the on trade.

You are able to build strong relationships and flex your influencing style to successfully drive and embed change within an organisation, understanding where to hold the line & where to flex.  Your natural working style is pro-active and constructive, working in collaboration with teams from different functions and markets to achieve the best results for WG&S. You have a key eye for detail and love getting into the data to identify key insights that enable growth.
