Within our Global Brand Teams, Business Development Leads work in partnership with key international markets to deliver Brand Campaigns that delight consumers and grow the business over the long term.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference working as part of a global brand team, leading brand planning, global campaigns and local activation plans across a number of countries within Europe and Africa.
You’ll be working closely with a range of stakeholders across global and market functions, and you’ll partner with them by providing specific marketing tools, processes and interventions to meet their needs and deliver sustainable growth across the business.

To be successful you’ll need to have the perfect blend of senior level Marketing experience, combined with strong commercial acumen and a focus on excellent brand activation.
With a background in Marketing, possibly Luxury goods, you will likely have experience in a commercial marketing role and understand how to deliver all elements of a market brand campaign effectively.
You’ll be expert at developing strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships to ensure brand plans are delivered brilliantly across your markets.
