Join William Grant & Sons as a Global Brand Manager and play a central role in shaping the future of one of our premium spirits brands managed from our Dublin office. Working within our Global Marketing team, you'll collaborate with talented colleagues across international markets, innovation, insights, communications and commercial teams to build brands that stand out and deliver results.
Main Responsibility
You'll help develop and deliver global brand plans that inspire local markets and drive commercial success, ensuring every activation is rooted in consumer insight and executed to the highest standard. From creating impactful campaigns and digital initiatives to supporting innovation, portfolio development and product launches, you'll have a direct influence on how the brand is experienced across multiple regions and channels.
Building strong partnerships will be at the heart of the role. You'll work closely with local market teams, agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into reality, ensuring consistency, creativity and commercial impact across every touchpoint.
Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer with experience developing and activating successful brand plans within a premium FMCG, drinks, luxury or consumer-led environment. You'll combine creativity with analytical thinking, using consumer and market insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
You'll be a natural collaborator who thrives in an international environment, comfortable influencing stakeholders, managing agency relationships and balancing multiple priorities. Above all, you'll bring energy, curiosity and a passion for building brands, with the ambition to help shape the future of one of our exciting spirits portfolios.
The salary range for this role is Euros 79,619 to 87,970.
