Global Brand Manager- Hendrick's Gin (12 month FTC)

Job Introduction

Hendrick's is a deliciously super premium gin, made with a number of unusual twists. To deliver a most curious and delightfully unique flavour, Hendrick's combines a distinct blend of eleven botanicals, as well as the signature infusions of cucumber and rose petals, producing a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully unique aroma.  Based in Dublin, the Hendrick’s Global Brand Team are the custodians of this odd, iconoclastic and absurdist brand, responsible for the long-term brand strategy and delivering creative ideas and growth drivers to drive long term, sustainable growth.

Main Responsibility

The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Marketing Manager and the extended Global Brand Team to help develop and execute the Hendrick’s global Conversion strategy .  This will include anything to do with Hendricks in the On, Off, E-Commerce with a focus on creating new gift packs, Conversion tools to assist delivering Minimum Execution Standards and will also be involved in an exciting new Hendricks Innovation  

The candidate will shape the conversion  strategy through to execution in order to retain consumers within the Masterbrand, whilst recruiting new consumers to deliver long term business growth. This requires forming and nurturing excellent partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners, working cross functionally with the Hendricks Global Marketing Team, Local Marketing and Sales Teams, Creative Agencies and New Product Development team.

They will develop new Conversion tools  for the Hendricks Brand as well as all the supporting marketing materials and will be responsible for World Class Execution

 This critical role is specifically responsible with a core focus on:

·         Develop and deliver Unusual Conversion Tools and Peculiar Gift Innovations in keeping with the brand strategy to positively impact consumer attitudes and behaviours

·         Work closely with local market team commercial and marketing teams to ensure gift products are built into their plans and are able to provide local markets with appropriate information and materials to drive the Gift Pack locally

·         Develop strong stakeholder relationships– specifically the New Product Development team and other central functions necessary to achieve brand ambitions

·         Omnichannel campaign delivery including market measurement and evaluation

·         Support local marketing teams in translating global brand plans into compelling, differentiated local brand plans that are executable and relevant.
