Finance Manager (Working Capital)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Financial Control team in the UK Owned Distribution Company (ODC), based in Hook. The ODC is responsible for bringing our iconic brands to the UK market, and this role plays an important part in managing working capital, financial compliance, and strong internal controls. • Managing the UK ODC’s working capital, including annual and short‑term forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and funding requirements.
• Overseeing financial controls and compliance across areas such as stock, duty, and VAT, ensuring we meet HMRC requirements.
• Working closely with our shared services team to support the effective management of trade debtors and creditors.
• Building positive working relationships with colleagues across supply chain, commercial teams and group finance, as well as external partners.
