We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the Financial Control team in our UK team based in Hook, this business unit is responsible for bring our iconic brands to the UK Market. The role will provide sound financial analysis, insight and support to the Marketing Teams, business partnering with these teams to effectively manage Advertising & Promotion expenditure and Commercial Marketing Investment (APCMI). Responsabilité du rôle
As Finance Manager, you will work collaboratively with relevant marketing teams to ensure delivery Budget & Forecasts to agreed deadlines and proactively manage risks and opportunities as they arise. You will also provide support and constructive challenge to the Measurement & Evaluation of A&P spend.
This role will champion best practice in financial management and cost control within Marketing ensuring adherence to WG&S processes.
Additionally, the role will work with our group shared services team to manage the UK ODC supplier base and associated trade creditors position, providing an escalation point for resolution of issues.
Notre candidat idéal
Our ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA), with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience and at least 5 years’ experience in a finance role. You will have demonstrable commercial acumen and proven business partnering ability working ideally with Commercial and Marketing teams. You will be a logical and analytical thinker with the ability to constructively challenge processes and influence others to the benefit of the organisation, and think beyond the Finance function to apply information cross-functionally.
