We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Analyst who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The role
As the Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and reporting. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, strong internal governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on financial operations with the broader responsibilities of risk management and internal controls.
This role will suit an experienced Finance Analyst looking to make their first move from public practice into the commercial world. You will be detail-oriented and highly motivated to contribute to a high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CA or CPA-qualified professional to make an impact and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to support financial integrity and risk mitigation
- Assist with Internal and external audits and liaise with external auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Management of expense system, including responsibility for credit card postings, and T&E reporting and analysis on a monthly basis
- Provide support to other finance team members and business units as required
About you
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a similar role)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Ready to contribute to a high performing team
