We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Coordinator to join the Supply Chain Planning Team at our Girvan distillery. This role will be responsible for managing the end to end customer experience in relation to our Global Supply Chain and providing best in class customer service. 

 

This role is on a Fixed Term Contract for 8 months, working 22 hours per week

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Manage Customer delivery schedules to meet 98% of customer demand on time, in full
  • Prepare and issue all customer documentation accurately and in a timely manner in line with customs clearance requirements
  • Manage the customer order database for all external customers
  • Manage all shipments in line with HMRC compliance guidelines and ensure all EEC documents are administrated appropriately and within timescales
  • Co-ordinate the key account customer base for mature spirit trading to effectively manage key stakeholders. This requires liaising daily with Liquid Supply, external customers, the Tank Farm & the Planning/Scheduling team for all transport deliveries
  • Process Customer Complaints within the agreed Service Level

Nuestro candidato ideal

Our ideal candidate would preferably have the following:

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of distribution procedures and documentation requirements
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret statistical information

Knowledge and experience in the relevant areas of H & S legislation, HMR&C compliance and the application of best practice initiatives

  • Pragmatic problem solver with the ability to contend and deliver with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build excellent working relationships
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
