Executive Assistant to CCO and GCLT - BBU

Job Introduction

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer and Global Commercial Leadership Team for the BBU. The Executive Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of our CCO, support in special initiatives and projects, and provide support to the GCLT.

Main Responsibility

The Executive Assistant will work closely with our CCO and members of the GCLT to stay well informed on upcoming commitment and responsibilities and following up appropriately. This includes but not limited to managing an active calendar of meeting, compiling documents for meetings as needed, schedule and participate in regular meetings with our CCO and GCLT and maintain an ongoing ‘to do’ list, managing complex and detailed travel plans, and produces and reconcile time and expense reports.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will  have proven experience as a resourceful problem-solver and has strong attention to detail. They also have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience supporting commercial sales team or previous experience in FMCG or retail industry would be advantageous.
