Events Booking Administrator

Job Introduction

William Grant & Sons are currently seeking an Event and Booking Administrator to join our world renowned team that runs the Glenfiddich, The Balvenie and Kininvie distilleries. This role involves liaising with internal and external clients and stakeholders for reservations or corporate hospitality requests ensuring processes are adhered to and high standards consistently met.

Main Responsibility

This is a varied role which among other tasks will involve managing internal and external reservations and corporate hospitality enquiries through from first point of contact to follow-up and financial reconciliation. As well as this, you will ensure that all legal public safety and safe working practices are adhered to.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administration role, who has the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining an eye for detail, staying calm and supporting others.  A clear communicator,  experienced at working with hospitality booking systems and liaising with customers professionally over the phone, via email and face to face.  Ensures the planning and coordination of visits from enquiry stage through to billing is carried out effectively and meets business requirements, as well as the ability to demonstrate an interest in the development our booking processes.
