Dry Goods & Label Store Coordinator

Aufgaben

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Dry Goods & Label Store Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full dry goods stock accuracy of all label components, ensuring they are available ahead of production schedules, maintaining exceptional stock accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of manufacturing activities.

Working closely with Production, Procurement, Material Control, and Supply Chain teams, you will help ensure the right materials are available at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Ensure all dry goods and label components are available and issued in line with production schedules.

Maintain accurate stock records and manage perpetual inventory counts to achieve exceptional stock accuracy.

Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies.

Liaise with suppliers and external storage facilities to ensure timely call-off, delivery, and accurate tracking of label components.

Manage the label store operation, ensuring materials are stored safely, securely, and in compliance with company procedures.

Maintain accountability for high-value label components, striving for zero stock loss.

Support investigations into stock variances, customer complaints, product traceability, lot and batch tracking enquiries.

Assist internal and external audits by providing accurate records and supporting compliance requirements.

Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and HMRC standards, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the implementation of enhanced processes and controls.

Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Production, Procurement, Material Control, and Supply Chain functions.

Unser idealer Kandidat/in

Previous experience in a stock control, stores, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing support role.

Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Experience conducting stock counts, stock investigations, and reconciliation activities.

Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Comfortable working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.

A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Understanding of quality, compliance, traceability, and audit requirements within a manufacturing environment.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and operational excellence.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues and business objectives.
