Our US Commercial Sales team is looking for a rare character to support the Commercial Planning team. We are looking for a Director, US Route to Consumer who will lead and deliver the US Route to Consumer (RTC) agenda for our business for both internal and external clients.
Main Responsibility
The Director, US Route to Consumer will lead the development and execution of annual RTC and Market Maturity Assessment (MMA) action plans. They will ensure our plans support delivery of the US budget and financial commitments. They will ensure appropriate teams deliver the RTC framework by providing the right training for the necessary skills and competencies from the Global Sales College curriculum. They will also ensure each functional team’s development is connected to performance management and leadership development to ensure we are developing all talent in the RTC framework. The Director, US RTC will drive the US operating rhythm forward by creating the commercial planning calendar, process, and deliverables.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is required to bring 7-10 years of experience in commercial planning in liquor or consumer packaged goods industry. In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, the ability to create strategic plans, have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions based on data and insights. They will have strong understanding of the 3-tier US liquor regulatory environment. The pay range for this role, located in our New York City office $141,125 - $165,398.
