Job Introduction
The Director, Region Finance, Northeast role will work with the Northeast Commercial team to direct and aid financial analysis and to evaluate and report activities of current and proposed financial plans.
Main Responsibility
This role is responsible for leading, motivating and developing the finance team in line with company values to maximize employee performance. In addition, the role will be responsible for reconciling LE to budget based on finalized. prior year's performance and provide input on Region overhead assumptions and submits it to central finance. The Direction, Region Finance additionally will manage overall profitability and performance of key markets and distributor networks within the region vs. established annual financial targets.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field is required. Our ideal candidate also has a minimum of 5 years of experience within the fast moving CPG company and a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting/ finance management. Lastly, we're looking for someone with a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity and someone with strong attention to details.
