Customer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a digitally savvy and collaborative Ecommerce Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic UK team. Based in Hampshire, you’ll help shape the online presence of some of the world’s most admired spirits brands. Working as a part of the Customer Marketing department your role will be to increase shopper desirability for William Grant & Sons brands, by optimising sustainable brand value through implementing world class activations in the digital channel.

Rollenverantwortung

  • Develop and manage activation plans that align to customer opportunities and channel strategies.
  • Drive distribution and visibility of WG&S brands through activation at all stages of the digital path to purchase.
  • In-depth understanding and application of the most effective customer marketing levers (maximising conversion audience understanding) within the desired account base.
  • Deliver customer activation through optimum activities within key accounts that support both brand and commercial objectives, strategically prioritised by customer.  
  • Lead digital relationships with the agency partners, ensuring their execution of our plans along with influencing them to test and develop digital best practise.
  • Evaluate key activations against pre-agreed objectives to drive greater efficiencies and best practice for the company, ensuring M&E targets hit to ensure constant learnings captured.
  • Ruthlessly prioritise customer / brand opportunities to ensure best ROI/ROAS for the brand investment.
  • Shape the development of brand plan activities for the ecommerce channel through the provision of customer insight and strategy to bring to life tailored activation plans required.
  • Support the Off-Trade & Ecommerce Channel Customer Marketing Lead on channel initiatives which drive our customer marketing strategy across various brand and commercial projects.
  • Full ownership of customer activation plans, incl. tracking and stakeholder visibility through activity grids & lockdown process.
  • Full involvement to account VT sessions – supporting with input, agenda setting & output.
  • Form strong stakeholder r/ship with brand managers – ensuring visibility and support of brand strategies.
  • Deliver operational standards and controls on overheads/T&E, PO and invoice compliance, P-spend budgets

You are a confident and creative marketer with an insightful commercial mind. You love building iconic brands leveraging a challenger mindset.  With strong experience in FMCG or drinks, you know how to work with cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creative flair with disciplined execution, and can manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to a high standard.
