Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity to join our UK customer marketing team working across some of our largest off trade customers. This role will work closely with our grocery and brand team to deliver triple win strategies and activations against our key brand and commercial objectives.
Main Responsibility
As part of the customer marketing team, you will be accountable for working cross functionally (both internally and externally) to bring to life and activate our brands at point of purchase within some of our largest off-trade customers. You will be managing a variety of customer marketing activations all the way through from idea generation to the briefing of agencies, to implementing and managing the activation. Post the activation you will be accountable for leading and owning the M&E against agreed activity metrics all in line with 2024 budgets and brand plans.
The role will require good internal and external stakeholder management as you will play a pivotal part in leading various initiatives and projects with our customers, agencies, and cross functional teams. You will work to focus support across key off-trade customers as we look to accelerate our performance as part of our 5-year plan. The role will require you to engage not only external customers & agencies, but the wider functional teams across both the commercial and marketing functions within the UK business.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be a proven customer marketing manager who has a track record of success in creating briefs and activating brands and campaigns within either the off-trade & on-trade channel. The candidate will have a result orientated mindset and delivering against key priorities & objectives.
A positive and creative nature will be evident with a strong focus on finding a way for WG&S & our brands to ‘win’ through a triple win approach. Our ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver actions from insight in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
