Job Introduction
The purpose of this role is to deliver MES across e-Commerce platforms to drive conversion. We’re looking for a digitally savvy and collaborative e-commerce Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic UK team! Based in Hampshire, you’ll help shape the online presence of some of the world’s most admired spirits brands. Working as a part of the customer marketing department your role will be to identify, influence, and elevate best-in-class execution standards. You’ll analyse conversion drivers across e-commerce platforms, shape the digital path to purchase with key retailers and champion strategies that turn engagement into growth for our brands.
Main Responsibility
- Develop and deliver impactful e-commerce activation plans that align with customer opportunities and channel strategies, driving visibility and conversion for our brands.
- Lead paid media execution and performance analysis across key retail platforms, ensuring every campaign maximises ROI.
- Create and interpret customer and market-level scorecards, turning insights into action that fuels growth.
- Collaborate with e-commerce partners and tools including Citrus, Criteo, Bazaarvoice, agencies, and internal teams to measure, optimise, and elevate content performance. Prior experience with these platforms is preferred.
- Partner with brand marketing teams to embed e-commerce and customer digital marketing into planning cycles and ensure investment is allocated effectively.
- Oversee campaign evaluation and measurement (M&E) — conducting pre-, during-, and post-campaign analysis to continually refine and optimise activations.
- Own and manage online activation plans, maintaining full visibility through tracking tools, activity grids, and internal presentations to keep all stakeholders aligned.
