Thanks to the exceptional growth William Grant & Sons has experienced in the Eastern Europe region in recent years, we are now hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team to take our commercial planning and activation to the next level in our Balkan and Central European markets. Based in the region, you will join our small but highly motivated William Grant & Sons local team. You will be responsible for planning and executing the commercial growth drivers in collaboration with our Distributors that will establish the next phase of growth for our premium spirits portfolio.
This role can be based in either Bratislava or Prague

Lead for commercial planning and execution across all channels, responsible for developing and delivering the annual calendar of activity that will accelerate brand growth in priority outlets.
Works with the Distributors and the cross-functional team, to identify local market insights from which to create market-relevant growth drivers, sets activation targets and then owns the region-wide drive cycle rhythm to deliver them.
Rigorously evaluates impact of different growth drivers to identify what works and create a cycle of continuous performance improvement.
