Consumer Insights Director - USA

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity to shape how we understand and connect with consumers across the USA. As Consumer Insights Director, USA, you’ll lead the consumer and shopper insights agenda for our USA Marketing team, helping brands grow by turning insight into action. This is a highly visible role where your thinking will influence brand strategy, innovation priorities and investment decisions. Working closely with USA and Global Brand teams, you’ll bring together consumer understanding, category context and marketing science to ensure our plans are grounded in what truly matters to people. Main Responsibility

You’ll shape how our USA brands truly understand and connect with consumers. Leading the consumer and shopper insights agenda, you’ll turn curiosity into clarity and insight into action, ensuring marketing plans, innovation choices and investment decisions are grounded in what really matters to people. By owning both bespoke and syndicated research, you’ll bring a rich understanding of consumers, categories and culture into brand planning.

You’ll champion marketing effectiveness, helping teams learn faster and make smarter choices by showing what drives real business impact. As a trusted partner to senior leaders and global teams, you’ll bring fresh thinking, challenge assumptions and highlight opportunities that help fuel brand growth.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a seasoned consumer insights leader with a minimum of 12 years of relevant insights experience, a strong results-oriented mindset and the ability to turn insight into impact. You bring experience on the client-side, preferably from the beverage or spirits industry but not essential. Comfortable influencing at senior level, you bring clarity, confidence and storytelling expertise to help teams make better decisions. You combine analytical rigor with curiosity about culture, trends and future behaviors, and enjoy working collaboratively across local and global teams. Above all, you’re motivated by using insight to drive brand growth and meaningful business outcomes. The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office, is $191,964 - $220,000.
