At Quality Spirits International Ltd, we are passionate about building our strong portfolio of value for money brands. We are now looking for a Commercial Manager – India to lead and grow our business in one of our most dynamic and complex regions.


About the role

You will represent and develop our business across the Indian sub-continent, driving sustainable growth in both volume and value across key categories. This role is critical in delivering and exceeding annual budgets, unlocking commercial opportunities, and ensuring we achieve our full potential in the region.

You will combine strong commercial acumen with deep market insight to grow existing customers, identify new opportunities, and build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Developing and delivering a compelling 5-year commercial plan, positioning our portfolio as a leading value-for-money offering in the spirits category
  • Using strong market insight to inform commercial and operational decisions, identifying growth opportunities across categories, pricing, consumers, and channels
  • Proactively identifying, nurturing and converting new business opportunities, dedicating time each week to building a scalable and sustainable growth pipeline
  • Managing key relationships with retailers, wholesalers and importers, ensuring strong partnerships and delivering against commercial targets
  • Driving portfolio growth across Blend, Malt, Gin, Irish and Bourbon categories
  • Ensuring full compliance and governance, with clear visibility and documentation of all commercial agreements
  • Leading forecasting and financial performance, contributing to S&OP and ensuring delivery of budget commitments
  • Managing pricing, NRM, A&P spend and investment decisions to drive strong return on investment and deliver value-for-money principles
  • Providing consistent performance reporting and business insights through weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles
  • Acting as a market ambassador, representing the region internally and externally and building strong industry credibility

Notre candidat idéal

Who we’re looking for

You will be a commercially driven leader with strong experience in a customer-facing, growth-focused role. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in spirits, FMCG or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of customer, distributor and route-to-market models
  • A track record of delivering sustainable growth and commercial results
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • The potential to develop into a Commercial Director within 3-4 years
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • The ability to navigate complex and evolving market environments
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and delivery
