Are you ready to help shape the future of Finance? Our Finance Transformation programme is looking for a Business Process Manager to support the design and delivery of a high-performing Finance Shared Service Centre model, improving how transactional finance services are delivered across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Shared Services, this role will help turn ambition into action by shaping service scope, operating principles, process transition, performance measures and readiness requirements for the Shared Service Centre.
Working with Finance and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will support the transition of key end-to-end processes into the SSC, creating simpler ways of working, stronger controls, better service quality, standardised customer engagement models and faster cycle times.
This is a 2 year fixed-term contract to support the delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme.

- Helping to shape and deliver the SSC workstream, coordinating inputs, maintaining momentum and supporting effective stakeholder engagement.
- Defining SSC scope, service catalogue content, operating principles and service expectations,with clear ownership, responsibilities and hand-offs.
- Identifying centralisation opportunities and using LEAN or similar techniques to simplify processes, improve standardisation and reduce inefficiency.
- Applying root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques to strengthen service quality, controls and process performance.
- Developing the SSC evolution hypothesis, SLA approach, service management outputs, KPIs and reporting requirements to support strong governance.
- Coordinating actions and supporting delivery through detailed design, execution, go-live and business-as-usual handover.
- Identifying and resolving workstream risks, issues and dependencies, including alignment with process workstreams, controls and IFS rollout activity.
- Supporting readiness for enabling tools, workflow solutions and case-management approaches that underpin the future SSC operating model.
- Preparing high-quality materials and updates to support governance, decision-making, stakeholder communication and change activity.

You will be organised, analytical and delivery-focused, with experience in business process analysis, process improvement or workstream delivery within Finance, Shared Services or transformation. You will be confident turning insight into practical outputs, engaging stakeholders and helping teams move from design to delivery. An understanding of SSC principles, service management, SLAs, KPIs and governance would be valuable, alongside strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
This Role Would Suit:
- Someone with experience in business process analysis,process improvement, finance transformation, Shared Services or structured project delivery.
- A colleague with an interest in Shared Service Centre design, service management, SLAs, KPIs and governance measures.
- Someone who can analyse current ways of working, identify centralisation and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into practical workstream outputs.
- A strong organiser and communicator who can coordinate actions, engage stakeholders and support delivery in a structured programme environment.
- A colleague who wants to make a visible contribution to our Finance Transformation programme and help build a Shared Service Centre that delivers lasting value for Finance and the wider business.
