Brand Manager

Job Introduction

2026 is an incredibly exciting year to join us!  We’re looking for our next Glenfiddich Brand Manager – this is a high-profile position on a key brand in the business.  You’ll be working directly with the Head of Marketing to shape the plans for 2026 and lead on the delivery, working alongside lots of people across the business as well as key agency partners.  If you like to question the ‘why,’ are great with people and are organised you will enjoy this role.

Main Responsibility

We have a clear understanding of our brand strengths and challenges, and our long-term strategy has been built with this in mind.  The Brand Manager will develop and execute the 2026 plans that have been chosen.   This involves working with our friends at Aston Martin and Aston Martin Formula One to bring our partnerships to life.  Whilst not exhaustive, this role primarily involves event management, earned and paid media.  The role also involves close collaboration with local commercial teams and our global brand colleagues.  

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Someone who’s has hands on experience across event management, earned and paid media (FMCG experience desired but not necessary)
  • Has awareness of and passion for the Glenfiddich brand and a curiosity about the wider category and industry (you don’t need to drink Whisky!)
  • Seeks to understand before being understood
  • Has exceptional influencing skills and an ability to adapt communication style as required
  • Has high personal impact and integrity
  • Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
