The Brand Director will play a key role in further accelerating growth by leading the USA strategy and direction for their brands, building “first to mind and first to find.” This unique role offers outstanding brand and team management experience with a high degree of end-to-end ownership.
Main Responsibility
This role will lead the U.S.A marketing plan, brand strategy, price strategy and business results for a portfolio of brands critical to the U.S.A market’s 5-year plan delivery. They will champion the brands externally across the complex U.S.A distributor landscape, working closely with the WG&S U.S.A Commercial team. The role is responsible for leading the growth of their brands in the USA. The role will also help develop the next level of marketing talent while taking the lead in developing and building capabilities within the marketing leadership team
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferable, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible brand management experience within the beverage/alcohol or consumer product goods industry, with proven success and experience in Global Brand Marketing, local, and in-market
- Deep and excellent understanding of consumer, commercial, and the diverse channels.
- Skilled at delivering breakthrough plans via Microsoft Teams, GBT and agency network platforms
- Proven ability to engage and deliver strong commercial support to an organization and distributor teams behind each portfolio priority.
- Innovative thinker able to covert complex issues into pragmatic action steps.
- Resilient leader with a demonstrated high degree of emotional intelligence when leading teams.
- Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and engages others to achieve success.
- Results oriented with strong commercial and strategic judgment, backed up by a strong track record.
- Cultural awareness with the ability to adapt communication style as needed
The pay range for this role, based out of our New York City office, is $156,348 - $190,000.
